It’s our policy that all the meat we stock is from healthy, well-bred livestock, which has been farmed to the highest welfare standards and is traceable back to its roots. We give our customers security in the knowledge that all of our meat is from sustainable sources, free from unwanted additives and processed using traditional methods. Britain’s pig and poultry farms are centered largely on East Anglia, so needless to say we are spoilt for choice when it comes to local free range chicken, eggs and pork. Where we cannot source locally to meet our quality standards, we buy from carefully selected British farms.
