When we opened the Food Company restaurant we took inspiration from our food hall, we wanted our customers to have the opportunity to taste the fine food we sell on our counters, so, we created simple dishes preferring the quality of the raw ingredients to speak for themselves.
"Fast" food needn't be substandard, packed full of preservatives and additives. We make all of our sandwiches fresh every morning just before we put them into our self-service counter.
Our baker makes cakes and pastries to order for our restaurant, so if you have a suggestion for him we'd love to hear it.
With this philosophy in mind, we are now making fine food even more accessible. Its easy - choose from all this lovely fresh goodness and take a seat, or if you're in a hurry its all ready to go.
With such an array of wonderful fresh produce literally at our fingertips we are able to constantly invent and experiment, so throughout the day we work to bring exciting food to our counters.
